I love dr lane!!! I haven't had a pcp in over 10 years and was really skeptical but dr lane immediately put me at ease and she is so good at her job! She is the first doctor I've ever really trusted.

I suffer from PTSD so it is hard for me to trust or feel comfortable around people because of this I have been to afraid to even find/go to a primary care Dr but Dr. Lane and her nurse made me feel very safe and welcome from the second she walked in the room. That is something that all the other Drs I have seen in the past didn't even care to try and do! She talked to me like a person and listened to ALL of what I had to say when she would ask me a question not cut me off as if to say she had heard enough. After just 5 minutes with her I felt like I could trust her and even opened up to her about my past and what caused my PTSD but I think the 1 thing that made me love her the most was when I looked up after wiping my eyes from crying I saw that she was also crying with me as if to say she was sorry for the pain I had been through but I didn't have to do this alone anymore because she would hold my hand to help me overcome it all! She will never know just what that one simple act meant to me! If I have my way she will be my primary care provider until the day God takes me from this world! I would just like to say thank you so much Dr. Lane for showing me that there are still Drs in the world that are genuine, trustworthy, compassionate, and really do care! For the 1st time in 15yrs I feel so blessed to say I look forward to my next visit! See you then!
