As a mom of three, she is familiar with the challenges and struggles of women. Her personal values are that women of all ages should be treated with respect and support regardless of their healthcare choices and decisions.
Originally from Russia, Julie moved to the US at the age of five, grew up in Maryland, and started her family abroad in Israel. She has been a Texan since 2006. Julie loves to be challenged and embraces opportunities to learn and grow not only as a provider but as a patient advocate.

Ms. Julie made me feel very comfortable and very welcome, especially, while discussing all my personal concerns. I didn't feel rushed or anxious. It was such a great visit with Ms. Julie and her student participant, who made it all that much more comforting.
